Making a slideshow with music in the background?

I want to make a slideshow of pictures of my brother growing up through the years for his graduation party. But i want the song "My Wish" by Rascal Flatts playing in the background AND i need to be able to put it onto a CD so that we can play it on the TV. But i dont know where i can do this. Help me out?
