PLZ PLZ HELP!!!german shepherd puppy?

plz dont give me bull **** answers.like call a trainer.or sumtin.i have a German shepherd puppy dat is 3 months old now. he has been biting alot lately...yesturday he drew blood out of my little sisters finger. today he bit my finger...i tink he is teething. i give him ice cubes, but he makes a mess everywhere with da ice cube. we have hard wood floor.i put a towel or something on the bottom and let him lay down there so da ice cube wont move around. but he rips da towel...couple days ago my dad started hitting him in the nose wit a news paper.every since dat he bites more.and harder.if i wanna comb him,he will not let me.da combing always happened.he does not like being touched on his legs.in the morning today.he looked like he got crazy and went after my legs and pants.he was growling alot and stuff.couple people went around me so my dog wont bite them.wat can i do to stop his biting???!!!! plz help.dont give me answers like professional training.
