Implantation and discharge?

Thought this was abit funny a week after suspected ovulation i had slight twinges in my lower left side underneath my hip bone and had creamy white discharge (Not smelly) I'm hoping this might have been implantation i know of some women that could feel implanation anyone had any simular?
