I"m a FTM on testosterone injections, will a hysterectomy still throw me through menapause?

Hi, so my main concern at the moment is the after effects of the surgery. I know its a major surgery, but i've had many of those so far and i'm ok with that. My question is, if i get the surgery done, afterward, will i lose my drive? and will it send my emotions haywire and have mood swings? I'm not really sure because i would think with me being on testosterone, i wouldn't have those after effects because my ovaries are shriveled to nothing now, and the testosterone really almost knocks out the estrogen. Any personal experiences with this is appreciated. I haven't made my decision yet because i'd like to know what i'm in for. I've already had my top surgery.
