Please help me interpret this dream, trying to save my dead mom?

So my mom died of colon cancer in 2006, right before she died the tumors ended up filling her abdomen. In my dream I was walking with my mom and she started complaining about her stomach hurting. She said it was all the tumors in her and told me to feel, I could feel her tumors and see them sticking out. We went inside after that and I begged her to take chemo because I didnt want her to die. She refused saying she wanted to get pregnant. Well in life she had a hysterectomy so it would be impossible. I said why have a child and die, it will never have you there to raise it and see it do all the things that make parents proud. After that the dream ended. Please someone help me figure this one out. I dream of her often and it is usually good dreams, but this one really has me upset.
