Has my foal an infection?

i just bote a 4 mth old foal last wk .she has white sleepy stuff in her eyes i clean them everday just with water they seem 2 b healing up now . she has a lump under her jaw the man said her feeding trough was up high and she was rubbing on it . the lump busted and white puss came out . i have been cleaning it with dettol solution 2 keep it clean wat do u think it is and is there anything else i can do 2 help it heal up. she was wormed 2 days b4 we got her . she is eating hard feed and hay and drinking water and pooing ok and seems 2 b happy enough skipping about
