Am I experiencing a medical emergency?

This is an emergency. It's bad enough you took 5x the recommended dose of ibuprofen but most men pee in the morning so the tank is still full from just last night. You drank too which means your bladder might just burst. This is common for opiates though and It's taken me up to 6 hours to urinate after a dose but never including a full nights sleep. I'd go to the hospital in a 2 hours max if you still can't go.
