Mortal Kombat should be coming to the VC at some point(I'm sure I read this as being confirmed but can't remember where I read it sorry), as for Batman forever I don't think so as the company that made that game probably no longer has the rights to sell Batman games anymore and probably not Mario allstars either as that game might affect sales of the individual Mario games, the Donkey Kong games I would imagine are pretty much guaranteed at some point.
