Tescos ultra slim shakes?

thank you for your answers, i started doing this new regimen on 7th jan, and exercise 2 times a week however i lost 1 kilo only, however my body fat has gone from 39% to 35%, but i still think i'm loosing weight too slowly. i take 1 day off a week sometimes 2 , i dont drink the shakes but have normal food, mind you mostly salads, red meat w/o fat or salmon. What do you think?
